Founding engineer building a multi-tenant digital signature platform for banks and hospitals — the cloud API, the admin console, and the Android and Windows apps people actually sign on, all built end to end.
About
I'm Steven — a computer engineering graduate working in the software department at UGMC, and an active freelance engineer on the side. My main project is the founding engineering behind a Wacom-based digital signing platform, built for institutions that can't afford to get it wrong. I built the system's full stack myself: the multi-tenant cloud API, the admin web portal, and native launchers for both Windows and Android — before there was ever a formal team agreement in place.
I like the kind of engineering where "close enough" isn't good enough — signed documents, synced jobs, systems that have to hold up under an audit, not just a demo.
Currently
What I build
React, TypeScript, and Tailwind — the control room institutions use to manage forms, submissions, and signing jobs across every tenant they run.
A .NET API behind the whole platform, built to run on either PostgreSQL or SQL Server — so it fits whatever infrastructure a bank or hospital IT team already has.
A Kotlin and Jetpack Compose Android app that captures a signature in the field and syncs the job back to the cloud in real time.
A Windows launcher that keeps the platform usable on the machines already sitting on hospital and bank desks — a modernized take on the legacy app.
Featured work
A multi-tenant digital signature platform for banks and hospitals, with four deployment tiers unified by a single configuration model — so the same core platform scales from a small desktop install up to a full enterprise rollout. I designed and built the architecture, the cloud sync layer, the audit trail, and every client that talks to it.
